Based in Orange NSW, Eagle Helicopters is a small independently owned and operated business that has been established for over 10 years.

At Eagle Helicopters we strive to achieve excellence in the Helicopter/Aviation Industry. David Braid, Founder, Managing Director and Chief Pilot, prides himself in delivering safe, fast, efficient and friendly service.

Starting off with a Soloy Hiller, David has expanded the business to now include an AS350B Squirrel (single engine) and a BK117 B2 (twin engine).

Operations range from charter flights for the public or media to agricultural operations, fire fighting, mineral exploration, mining support, power-line inspections & maintenance to name a few. Fully trained and qualified engineering support accompany aircraft from a centralised workshop and on site when required during field operations.

Over the years we have gained and retained the support of a variety of customers, from family owned and operated farms to large corporations and government departments.

Some of our major clients include Country Energy, NSW Rural Fire Service, ACT Rural Fire Service and State Forests NSW.
